The apartment is in the middle of one of the prettiest crescents in Edinburgh, with its own private courtyard garden, perfect for those warmer summer days.
With it's own entrance from the street, the apartment is a private, relaxing space for upto four, the perfect place to rest after a busy day exploring the city or the surrounding countryside. It's design includes a convivial large sitting room with sofa and chair, plus a dining table for six people. There’s a separate kitchen, a restful ensuite double-bedroom; and a twin room with two single beds. there’s a separate bathroom with bath and shower above. An enviable location less than a few minute's walk from Stockbridge's best bits also makes it a great base for comings and goings through the day.

Our standard pricing is for a minimum 3-night stay for upto two guests.
2-night stays may be possible for late availability bookings only; a higher nightly rate will apply. Please note that 1-night stays are not possible.
Nightly weekday price from £195 per night (mid week, low season)
Nightly weekend price from £250 (per night)
After 2 guests, £20 per person, per night is charged.
Damage deposit £250 (repaid within 3 days of your departure).
Cleaning fee £90
Upto two dogs permitted by prior approval, additional cleaning fee of £35.
